Quality Assurance Manager

Responsibilities

• Implement and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with national and international customer, legal, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop strategic plans that integrate quality with long-term business objectives and define quality policies.
• Lead and manage process performance, supervising plant and area managers within the business units.
• Audit the Quality Management System and its processes to ensure organizational compliance with quality policies.
• Manage the Quality Control team and oversee Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) activities at the plant.
• Design and develop quality documentation, including standards, QA procedures, and Quality Plans.
• Investigate and analyze the causes of non-compliance, deviations, and incidents to implement corrective actions.
• Promote a positive safety culture and participate in daily/monthly SQDCE meetings and GEMBA walks.

Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of professional experience specifically in Coatings and Painting.
• NACE knowledge or certification.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows environments.
• Experience managing Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and Quality Control teams.
