Quality Assurance Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the QA system and ensure company-wide compliance
• Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
• Provide training to employees regarding QA systems, policies, and procedures
• Drive continuous improvement of existing procedures and practices
• Promote a culture of safety and quality throughout the organization

Requirements

• Strong technical and professional industry knowledge in lift, construction, engineering, or manufacturing
• Tertiary qualifications in an engineering, construction, or business discipline
• Proven experience with Australian Standards and ISO accreditation
• Previous experience with internal audits and quality management systems
• Ability to travel interstate to conduct branch audits
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
