Quality Assurance Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage overseas inspection and audit processes by reviewing third-party reports (QIMA, Intertek, Baak, etc.)
• Drive product compliance through care label approvals and verification against BOM, PIM, and Tech Packs
• Oversee end-to-end fabric and garment testing, including reviewing overseas reports and managing retests
• Investigate high-return items in partnership with Merchandising and Production teams
• Track TOP/Tech sample arrivals and manage weekly QC capacity planning
• Coordinate corrective actions with vendors to close out quality gaps

Requirements

• 4–6 years in Apparel Quality Control, QA, or Production
• Experience managing offshore vendor quality via third-party inspection and testing programs
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabric behavior, and inspection standards (AQL)
• Expertise in fabric performance (colorfastness, shrinkage, seam strength)
• Proficiency in Excel (vlookups, pivot tables)
• Bachelor’s degree in Textiles, Apparel Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with NetSuite or PIM systems
