Quality Assurance Manager

Responsibilities

• Own quality outcomes at the 3P decorator facility, targeting 99% on-time delivery and 99% quality acceptance
• Monitor inbound inventory inspection, verifying quantities, condition, and specifications against purchase orders
• Conduct production quality checks for processes like embroidery, screen-printing, heat transfer, and embossing
• Document defects and production delays with supporting evidence and drive swift resolution with decorators
• Provide structured updates to remote project managers regarding production status and quality metrics
• Build and implement QA processes and SOPs from the ground up
• Track and analyze quality and delivery KPIs to identify trends and recurring issues
• Partner with 3P decorators to drive adoption of quality standards and process improvements
• Identify root causes of quality failures and work cross-functionally to prevent recurrence
• Support onboarding of new product lines by developing specific quality checkpoints
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, defect rates, and corrective actions

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, QA, QC, or production operations
• Experience in apparel, accessories, textiles, or decorated goods preferred
• Proven ability to resolve production and inventory quality issues in fast-moving environments
• Experience creating SOPs, inspection criteria, and quality frameworks
• Strong communication skills for providing written updates to remote teams
• Data-driven mindset with experience tracking KPIs
• Proficiency with production tracking tools, WMS/OMS systems, and Excel/Google Sheets
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for the duration of a shift

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on knowledge of decoration techniques such as embroidery, screen-printing, heat transfer, and embossing
