Quality Assurance Manager

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of defective products and follow up with suppliers to resolve issues quickly
• Acquire replacement parts to resolve product defects before they impact operations
• Partner with the warehouse team to reduce unavailable product levels
• Ensure associates are knowledgeable regarding Quality Management requirements
• Manage and handle data regarding consolidated quality metrics
• Participate in quality audits as required
• Oversee inventory accuracy and reconciliation
• Maintain the configuration and product file for the facility

Requirements

• 2+ years of management experience coordinating a team of 3 or more
• Required experience with ISO9000 implementation
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, specifically significant Excel skills
• Proven experience writing SOPs, processes, and procedures
• Strong skills in report writing, analytics, and creating PowerPoint presentations
• Working knowledge of Order Manager
• Experience with data entry and analytical problem-solving
• Ability to communicate effectively with international vendors via email
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritize multiple demands
