About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of up to 15 QA Auditors and a QA Supervisor
- Identify and solve policy, process, or product gaps from QA findings
- Manage workflow and resource allocation to meet service-level agreements
- Establish and track team KPIs using reporting frameworks, dashboards, AI tools, and speech analytics
- Partner with WFM, Leadership OPS, Product Operations, and Training teams
- Drive operational excellence and long-term strategic improvements
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of team leadership experience
- 5 years of experience in quality leadership roles
- Demonstrated success managing quality programs for 500+ frontline agents
- Proficiency in interpreting and manipulating data in Google Sheets or Excel
- Data-driven mindset with ability to make informed decisions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading multi-site or global quality operations
