About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of up to 15 QA Auditors and a QA Supervisor
  • Identify and solve policy, process, or product gaps from QA findings
  • Manage workflow and resource allocation to meet service-level agreements
  • Establish and track team KPIs using reporting frameworks, dashboards, AI tools, and speech analytics
  • Partner with WFM, Leadership OPS, Product Operations, and Training teams
  • Drive operational excellence and long-term strategic improvements

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of team leadership experience
  • 5 years of experience in quality leadership roles
  • Demonstrated success managing quality programs for 500+ frontline agents
  • Proficiency in interpreting and manipulating data in Google Sheets or Excel
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to make informed decisions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading multi-site or global quality operations
