Quality Assurance Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the site’s Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure compliance with company standards
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality procedures, policies, and documentation
• Oversee inspection and testing processes to ensure product quality and consistency
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and root causes
• Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to resolve quality issues
• Partner with production and engineering teams to improve processes and reduce waste
• Manage internal and external audits, including customer and regulatory inspections
• Lead, coach, and develop the quality team
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure incoming materials meet quality expectations
• Report on key quality metrics to leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment
• 2+ years of leadership or management experience
• Strong knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean, SPC, and root cause analysis
• Experience with ISO standards or similar quality frameworks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality-related software systems
• Ability to work in a manufacturing facility environment with exposure to noise and moving equipment
