Quality Assurance Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead QA strategy and execution for functional, performance, automation, and user acceptance testing
• Manage QA teams and allocate resources effectively across projects
• Partner with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to align testing with business goals
• Perform risk analysis and establish quality checkpoints throughout the project lifecycle
• Mentor junior and mid-level QA analysts
• Create, maintain, and execute test plans, scenarios, and cases
• Execute complex SQL queries to validate data persistence
• Build and maintain automation frameworks using UFT, Playwright, TypeScript, Java, or Selenium
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software testing (functional, non-functional, integration, regression, UAT)
• Experience with automated testing using UFT, Playwright, or Selenium
• 5+ years of experience testing Java applications
• Proficiency with HTML, XML, Java, TypeScript, React, or Next.js
• Solid experience with MS SQL databases
• Experience with version control systems like GIT
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines, Test Plans)
• Knowledge of Agile Scrum development methodology
• Strong root cause analysis and communication skills
