Quality Assurance Manager

Responsibilities

• Determine, control, and monitor strategic and operational quality objectives for the Measuring Room.
• Initiate appropriate measures and error correction processes in the event of deviations (pre-series, plant, or field).
• Develop the Meisterbock Quality Assurance Department in alignment with corporate and GQ strategies through innovation and new technologies.
• Plan and manage staffing requirements, budgets, and investment programs for the Meisterbock area.
• Monitor dimensional accuracy for series quality within the press shop and body construction.
• Provide disciplinary management for the department's employees.
• Participate in the release of pre-series, series, and model maintenance, ensuring specific car specifications are met.
• Lead quality discussions regarding status, sampling, and deviations with all affected departments at Audi Mexico.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality management systems.
• Proven experience with measurement systems, specifically the measurement of car bodies and parts.
• Experience leading and managing teams of technicians.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Proficiency in German is highly desirable.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
