Quality Assurance Leader

Responsibilities

• Coordinate quality inspector activities and contribute to manufacturing routines
• Monitor and improve KPIs related to quality and manufacturing performance
• Develop inspector competencies and provide quality manufacturing training
• Create Quality & Control plans for new products, including PFMEA
• Conduct internal and external product and process audits
• Perform risk analysis for product and process changes
• Manage root cause analysis for internal nonconformities and customer claims
• Monitor and improve the maturity of the manufacturing Quality Excellence system

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a relevant quality assurance role
• Profound knowledge of quality standards, checks, and acceptance criteria
• Strong understanding of quality assurance and control methodologies
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a postgraduate role or a relevant manufacturing role (e.g., Quality Inspector, Continuous Improvement)
• Hands-on practical problem-solving experience
• GCSE or equivalent education
