Quality Assurance Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead quality control for the bakery production line, ensuring products meet established standards and comply with food safety regulations
• Conduct inspections and tests on incoming raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods
• Monitor and enforce sanitation and hygiene practices to maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and potential improvements, generating reports for stakeholders
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and work instructions with the production team
• Train production staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices
• Investigate customer complaints and internal quality incidents, implementing corrective and preventive actions
• Maintain accurate documentation of quality control activities, inspection reports, and non-conformities
