Quality Assurance Lead

Responsibilities

• Own quality control and assurance processes end-to-end
• Build and maintain quality frameworks and management systems
• Act as the main point of contact for all supplier quality matters
• Oversee inspections from pre-production through to pre-shipment release
• Manage NCRs and corrective action plans through to resolution
• Coordinate third-party inspections and oversee factory quality staff
• Track quality KPIs, identify trends, and propose improvements
• Manage quality processes and documentation within company systems

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in quality control or assurance, ideally in soft goods or accessories
• Experience managing overseas manufacturers and remote QA staff
• Hands-on experience with pre-production and bulk sample approval processes
• Technical understanding of AQL sampling, NCR management, and root cause analysis
• Experience managing supplier quality relationships and conducting audits
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for KPI tracking and data analysis
• Experience leading or mentoring a small team
• Strong communication skills for navigating difficult supplier conversations
