Quality Assurance Inspector - Dredge Inspections

Responsibilities

• Monitor and verify that all dredging operations comply with project specifications, regulatory standards, and environmental requirements
• Inspect equipment and monitor work processes to ensure quality and safety
• Review technical documentation and validate final results
• Act as an independent contractor to provide oversight for dredging services

Requirements

• Possession of at least one certification: AWS, CWI, CSWIP, or API 510/570
• Minimum of 5 years of industrial inspection experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience specifically as a Quality Assurance inspector for dredge inspections
• Demonstrated knowledge of dredging inspection requirements
• Experience with off-shore or subsea inspections

Benefits

• Competitive hourly rate of $45 to $50/hr
• Mileage reimbursement of $0.70/km
• Potential for per diem if the inspection site is beyond a 200-mile round trip from residence
