Quality Assurance Functional Associate

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate testing for various projects and releases to ensure code quality.
• Design comprehensive UAT test plans and review test documentation, including functions, test cases, and scripts.
• Assess UAT projects to determine release risks and manage the impact of code overlaps within tight timeframes.
• Execute complex test plans and manage multiple stakeholders to meet project requirements.
• Work closely with development groups to resolve defects and make recommendations for production releases.
• Provide hands-on training, coaching, and technical guidance to junior analysts and team members.
• Ensure all testing activities comply with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related engineering discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in a technical delivery role.
• 1+ years of demonstrable, practical hands-on experience as a QA Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, including white box and black box testing.
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries for data validation.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools and HP ALM.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Advanced English communication skills (verbal and written).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with performance or security testing.
• Knowledge of PEGA, SAP, Success Factors, or Accounting principles.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Power Platform, or Cloud data migrations.
• Previous experience in a consulting role.
• Experience leading Scrum teams.
