Quality Assurance Expert

Responsibilities

• Define and implement comprehensive test strategies for NPI programs and ongoing product development across Home and Pro segments.
• Champion a shift-left approach to ensure quality is integrated early in the design and development phases.
• Drive automation enablement by architecting scalable and maintainable frameworks.
• Lead the adoption of AI/ML-assisted testing, predictive defect analysis, and smart test selection.
• Architect and optimize continuous testing pipelines integrated with CI/CD workflows.
• Present quality metrics, risks, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and executives.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency in quality standards and processes.
• Partner with support teams to analyze field escalations and implement corrective measures to improve customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 12 to 15 years of experience in software/firmware testing, quality engineering, or product qualification.
• Proven expertise in test strategy development, automation frameworks, and the application of AI/ML in testing.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a track record of influencing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze complex data and present technical risks to executive audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Robot Framework, or Cypress.
• Deep familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and continuous testing environments.
• Exposure to Agentic AI and predictive analytics for defect prevention.
• Strong architectural thinking with a systems-level perspective.
