Quality Assurance Executive/Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise in-store QA activities to ensure compliance with METRO standards and local regulations
• Conduct statistical reporting and analysis to improve compliance performance
• Implement and strengthen FSSC 22000, Halal, and METRO Corporate Standards
• Act as Food Safety Team Leader
• Ensure statutory and regulatory requirements are met through coordination with stakeholders and authority agencies
• Coordinate training programmes on food safety, quality, and legality
• Establish and maintain SOPs/WIs aligned with company standards and national regulations
• Handle customer complaints, quality incidents, and crisis management including product recalls
• Develop and implement document and data control systems
• Collaborate with operations and QA teams to reduce quality-related losses

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree
