Quality Assurance Engineering Tech Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple testing teams to ensure high-quality software delivery
• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, approaches, and estimates
• Define test automation strategies for web and mobile applications
• Oversee functional, system, and regression testing methodologies
• Manage communications and relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Work closely with Business Unit partners to resolve technical and business conflicts
• Develop and maintain standardized QA processes across different testing teams
• Monitor project constraints including cost, quality, and schedule while managing risks
• Mentor team members and motivate them to deepen their product and domain expertise

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in Quality Assurance engineering
• Proven experience leading multiple testing teams
• Proficiency with Selenium and scripting in Java or C#
• Hands-on experience with framework creation and automation for Web and Mobile applications
• Strong expertise in creating test artifacts such as test plans and test scenarios
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and presentation abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
• ISTQB Advanced certification
