Quality Assurance Engineer

Responsibilities

• Help maintain internal tooling, scripts, and automation pipelines
• Write, review, and execute test plans and cases throughout the development life cycle
• Develop automated tests for important test suites and set them up under CI/CD
• Participate in scrum team refinement sessions and provide end-user perspective feedback
• Monitor and maintain daily automated regression runs
• Take ownership of small projects or components

Requirements

• Enrolled student in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology
• Basic understanding of quality assurance processes
• Knowledge of Windows system administration
• Experience with Windows, MacOS, Android, and/or iOS
• Proficiency in at least one language: C#, C++, Python, Java, or Kotlin
• Fluency in English
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience through personal projects, internships, or open-source contributions
• Experience with DevOps topics like container orchestration or CI/CD
• Knowledge of German
