Quality Assurance Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead Outgoing Quality Assurance (OQA) and Ongoing Reliability Test (ORT) monitoring to identify quality trends and resolve anomalies.
• Conduct in-depth failure analysis, root cause investigation, and implement corrective actions to improve product quality.
• Define, enhance, and maintain SSD product quality test flows and optimize automated quality test programs.
• Oversee the creation of product performance and reliability reports for key stakeholders.
• Perform complex data analysis using statistical methods and develop automation scripts to streamline testing and reporting workflows.
• Collaborate with R&D, firmware, and manufacturing teams to drive quality improvements and reliability enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field (Fresh Graduates only).
• Basic understanding of computer architecture, hardware testing, and reliability analysis fundamentals.
• Strong interest in or knowledge of NAND Flash storage technology.
• Ability to perform fault analysis and drive root cause investigation.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, C++, C#, or SQL.
• Strong English reading and writing skills for technical documentation and communication.
• Proactive learning attitude and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with automation testing tools or scripting languages for testing purposes.
• Familiarity with data analysis, database management, and data visualization tools.
• Experience or interest in Big Data and AI technologies.
