Quality Assurance Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the Project Management group quality program and function as a leader of the Department quality management program.
• Review, update, and maintain Specifications, Work Guides, and SOPs to ensure quality and safety during clean room tool installation.
• Develop and report on Quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a weekly basis.
• Communicate quality expectations to contractor teams and maintain specifications with input from system owners and design engineers.
• Drive the corrective action response initiative to ensure timely and pertinent responses.
• Maintain organized records of quality checks, corrective actions, and both internal and external audits.
• Provide initial and sustainment quality training to new and current team members.
• Drive and maintain standard work and visual factory initiatives to meet company quality targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• Proficiency in root cause analysis tools such as 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, and Pareto Analysis.
• Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis techniques.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and quality management software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent documentation, report writing, and communication skills.
