Quality Assurance Engineer (Power Management)

Responsibilities

• Establish integrated software verification plans based on new designs like zonal architecture
• Design test cases, environments, and conditions for integrated verification
• Execute verification to achieve quality goals for major milestones and releases
• Perform verification using test benches and real vehicle environments
• Develop or apply automation tools to improve verification efficiency
• Document and analyze verification results, including dashboard visualization
• Define and improve processes to increase verification accuracy and efficiency

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in automotive PMS (Power Management System) functional/performance evaluation
• Deep understanding of automotive BMS (Battery Management System)
• Knowledge of automotive PowerNet (48V, 12V) and CAN/LIN communication
• Experience in automotive evaluation log data analysis and Fail-safe operations
• Experience with Agile processes and CI/CD environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in embedded programming languages (C/C++, Python, Rust)
• Experience in software quality management within cloud environments (AWS, Azure)
• Experience applying A-SPICE, ISO-26262, or ISO-21434
• Experience using LLMs for verification task automation
