Quality Assurance Engineer

Responsibilities

• Analyze quality data to support factory KPIs and objectives
• Prepare quality reports and escalate deviations as needed
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and recommend improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share best practices and standards
• Maintain and update quality reporting systems
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards
• Conduct statistical analysis using tools such as SQL, Python, R, SPSS, and Power BI
• Develop and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement plans
• Support QMS procedures and related training activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences, Physical Sciences, Engineering, or equivalent demonstrated experience
• 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Supplier Quality within the tobacco, food, pharmaceutical, or similar industries
• Expertise in DynFO and material quality
• Advanced knowledge of International standards (ISO)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Proficiency in statistical analysis

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
• Experience with Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
• Experience in supplier quality management
