Quality Assurance Engineer

Responsibilities

• Contribute to an agile team by driving user story analysis and feature grooming
• Design and develop thorough test-cases and test scenarios
• Create and maintain automated tests running in a continuous integration environment
• Ensure application usability through careful manual testing
• Collaborate with Product, development, and backend teams to plan and release features
• Analyze and create end point mocks to aid in testing
• Assist in estimation and assessment of feature feasibility

Requirements

• 2 years of technical experience in a software development organization
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Science (Computer Science or Engineering preferred)
• Experience writing automated tests for web applications using Selenium or Webdriver.io
• Experience writing automated tests for APIs using Karate framework
• 2+ years of experience with Java or JavaScript frameworks
• Exposure to distributed infrastructure technologies and systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the financial industry
