About the role
Responsibilities
- Validate software solutions across testing environments to ensure reliability and quality
- Analyze requirements and design specifications for testability and verification
- Write, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases, regression suites, and scripts
- Identify, reproduce, document, and track defects using issue tracking tools
- Collaborate with product, development, and support teams to resolve quality issues
- Contribute to QA methodologies, test strategies, and process improvements
- Support product reviews, infrastructure trials, and junior QA guidance as needed
Requirements
- 5-7 years of relevant quality assurance experience
- Strong SQL knowledge
- Familiarity with HP ALM, GitHub, Jenkins, and Selenium
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience with process improvement initiatives
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Familiarity with Amdocs/CSG billing systems
- Bachelor's degree preferred
