About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist with administration and document control of the Quality Assurance system
- Maintain EHS site and North American Operations Procedures, including SOP routing and indexing
- Maintain SOPs, forms, and worksheets
- Address customer inquiries regarding administrative matters
- Manage records and data management systems for quality assurance and automation
- Document, track, and close Change Control Requests
- Assist in managing customer methods, protocols, and reports including Method Transfer and Validation
- Adhere to internal standards, policies, and procedures
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of job-related experience preferred
- Advanced English language skills
- Strong mathematical and reasoning skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 25 lbs occasionally
