About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assist with administration and document control of the Quality Assurance system
  • Maintain EHS site and North American Operations Procedures, including SOP routing and indexing
  • Maintain SOPs, forms, and worksheets
  • Address customer inquiries regarding administrative matters
  • Manage records and data management systems for quality assurance and automation
  • Document, track, and close Change Control Requests
  • Assist in managing customer methods, protocols, and reports including Method Transfer and Validation
  • Adhere to internal standards, policies, and procedures

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 0-2 years of job-related experience preferred
  • Advanced English language skills
  • Strong mathematical and reasoning skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 25 lbs occasionally
