  • Work closely with senior leaders to ensure services are safe, effective, and compliant
  • Prepare services for inspections and assurance activity

Requirements

  • Significant experience in Adult Social Care quality assurance and compliance
  • Strong knowledge of CQC standards and inspection processes
  • Experience in safeguarding, audits, governance, and service improvement
  • Ability to support and influence senior leaders and operational teams
