Responsibilities
- Lead on continuous improvement, inspection readiness, and CQC assurance activity
- Manage safeguarding, governance, policy development, and compliance across in-house provider services
- Work closely with senior leaders to ensure services are safe, effective, and compliant
- Prepare services for inspections and assurance activity
Requirements
- Significant experience in Adult Social Care quality assurance and compliance
- Strong knowledge of CQC standards and inspection processes
- Experience in safeguarding, audits, governance, and service improvement
- Ability to support and influence senior leaders and operational teams
