Quality Assurance & Compliance Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Audit client records, intake documentation, and workflows to ensure accuracy and compliance with CalAIM and/or Regional Center standards
• Monitor operational performance and track KPIs across various programs
• Identify process improvement opportunities in Enrollment, Intake, Care Coordination, and Scheduling
• Conduct quality reviews of documentation, calls, and system data
• Provide reporting, compliance oversight, and recommendations to leadership
• Partner with cross-functional teams to reinforce training and improve workflows

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Experience reviewing data and tracking performance metrics
• Proficiency with healthcare systems and reporting tools
• Experience in healthcare operations, compliance, or quality assurance preferred
• Knowledge of CalAIM and/or Regional Center programs is a plus
