Quality Assurance Clerk

Responsibilities

• Represent the Quality Assurance officer
• Create monthly key figures, support system audits, and handle internal complaints
• Generate statistics and evaluations of test presses
• Actively participate in process improvements and identify weaknesses during production
• Inspect and control hardness testers
• Create calibration series for product-related measurements
• Independently create testing instructions
• Create, maintain, and approve work and procedure instructions
• Calibrate hardness testers and measuring machines
• Manage failure samples and test presses
• Compile production documents and analyze production parameters for optimal properties
• Manage personnel allocation in the assigned area
• Participate in FMEA

Requirements

• Completed training as a tool mechanic or comparable three-year technical training plus a recognized one-year specialist training
• Experience in conducting product and process audits
• Good knowledge of extrusion processes across all customer areas
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office
• Knowledge of occupational safety, environmental protection, and quality requirements
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Several years of professional experience in an extrusion plant is desirable
