Quality Assurance Auditor

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of factory TOPs (Top of Production samples)
• Perform in-line inspections on garments during various production stages
• Conduct final audits, including visual inspections and verification of measurement of finished goods
• Identify, document, and recommend corrective actions for quality issues
• Inspect returned merchandise to determine defect types and root causes
• Support internal teams by providing quality-related feedback and guidance
• Collaborate with other QC auditors to standardize inspection approaches
• Assist production teams by coaching on quality standards
• Accurately complete inspection reports and input data into relevant systems

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1–3 years of experience in garment construction or apparel manufacturing
• 1–3 years of quality control experience in the apparel industry
• Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to read and use a tape measure with precision
• Solid understanding of garment measuring, construction, and defect identification
• Knowledge of woven and knit fabrics and garment production processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20–50 lbs
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions
