About the role
Responsibilities
- Complete 100% of assigned audits on time and provide actionable feedback
- Deliver assigned coaching sessions to reinforce positive behaviors
- Participate in recurring calibration sessions to ensure scoring accuracy
- Conduct ad-hoc deep-dives and root-cause analyses (RCA)
- Maintain expert knowledge of customer contact drivers by line of business
- Recommend updates to training, knowledge articles, and SOPs
- Train and mentor new auditors on best practices and efficiency tools
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of Customer LOB experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical and data-driven mindset with root cause analysis skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive owner mentality with high attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 1-year Quality Auditor experience
- Experience supporting multiple lines of business
