About the role

Responsibilities

  • Complete 100% of assigned audits on time and provide actionable feedback
  • Deliver assigned coaching sessions to reinforce positive behaviors
  • Participate in recurring calibration sessions to ensure scoring accuracy
  • Conduct ad-hoc deep-dives and root-cause analyses (RCA)
  • Maintain expert knowledge of customer contact drivers by line of business
  • Recommend updates to training, knowledge articles, and SOPs
  • Train and mentor new auditors on best practices and efficiency tools

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of Customer LOB experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset with root cause analysis skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive owner mentality with high attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-year Quality Auditor experience
  • Experience supporting multiple lines of business
