Quality Assurance Auditor

Responsibilities

• Serve as first-line guidance for Teammates by completing audits and supplying actionable feedback
• Attend recurring calibration sessions with operations partners to align on scoring standards and surface trends
• Deliver ad-hoc deep-dives and root-cause analyses (RCA), summarizing findings in clear project-management recaps
• Maintain expert knowledge of top contact drivers by line of business and share weekly priority focus areas
• Recommend updates to training, knowledge articles, and SOPs to elevate the support experience
• Train and mentor new auditors, reinforcing best practices and efficiency tools

Requirements

• Minimum 1-year Quality Auditor experience within DoorDash
• Experience supporting multiple lines of business
• Analytical and data-driven mindset with a specialty in root cause analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
• Well-organized with strong attention to detail and impeccable follow-through
