Quality Assurance Auditor 2

Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct, report, and close GxP audits for projects, laboratories, vendors, and computerized systems
• Evaluate audit findings and provide clear recommendations for corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Manage quality events, including investigations, root cause analysis (RCA), and effectiveness checks
• Maintain and support the electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) throughout the audit lifecycle
• Review SOPs, controlled documents, and study records to ensure regulatory compliance and data integrity
• Support and host customer audits and regulatory inspections
• Provide QA guidance, training, and consultation to operational teams and clients
• Identify process improvements and escalate quality or compliance risks to management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or related field
• 3–5 years of quality auditing experience in a regulated GxP environment
• Experience with equipment qualification, software validation, and method qualification/validation
• Strong knowledge of GxP regulations, quality systems, and data integrity principles
• Proficiency with eQMS platforms and controlled document management
• Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills
• Functional knowledge of English, both written and spoken
