Quality Assurance Associate III

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality reviews across various functional areas to identify trends and drive continuous process improvement
• Maintain high performance standards, including a quality score of 96% or higher
• Perform objective and concise quality assessments
• Update quality monitoring data management systems to track assessment information
• Assist in implementing and maintaining quality processes, practices, and measures
• Track and ensure staff return quality assessments requiring corrections
• Contribute to the improvement of current operational processes

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
• Ability to work independently and maintain high levels of confidentiality
• Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test
• Exceptional attendance and ability to meet the required training period

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree
• Experience in government services to consumers, particularly health and human services
