Quality Assurance Associate III

Responsibilities

• Perform technical quality assurance work, including auditing and trend identification
• Review work produced for errors and evaluate performance against contract SLAs
• Compare various sampling techniques and identify correct samples for auditing
• Coach Level 1 auditors on sampling techniques and business process knowledge
• Reconcile transaction processing to ensure data accuracy
• Interact with external auditors regarding SOC 1 (Service and Organizational Control) reporting
• Evaluate workflow tools to generate necessary reports

Requirements

• Strong data organizing and coordination skills
• Proven ability to solve problems in a self-guided manner
• Experience with various sampling techniques for auditing purposes
• Experience with SOC 1 reporting and interacting with external auditors
• Ability to work within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision
