Quality Assurance Associate II

Responsibilities

• Review current processes and identify trends to improve operational efficiency
• Audit work produced to identify errors and ensure compliance with performance standards (SLAs)
• Apply various sampling techniques to identify correct samples for auditing
• Evaluate workflow tools to generate accurate reports
• Coach Level 1 auditors on sampling techniques and business process knowledge
• Reconcile transaction processing to ensure data accuracy
• Interact with external auditors, including those for SOC 1 reports
• Manage own workload and comply with all company policies and standards

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in data organizing and reporting
• Knowledge of sampling techniques and auditing processes
• Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills to exchange ideas effectively
• Ability to work with a moderate degree of supervision while following established procedures
