Quality Assurance Associate II

Responsibilities

• Review current processes and identify emerging trends
• Audit work produced to identify and correct errors
• Evaluate performance against required contract standards (SLAs)
• Utilize various sampling techniques to identify correct samples for auditing
• Evaluate workflow tools and run necessary reports
• Coach Level 1 auditors on business process knowledge and sampling techniques
• Reconcile transaction processing to ensure data accuracy
• Interact with external auditors regarding Service and Organizational Control Reports (SOC 1)
• Comply with all company policies and operational standards

Requirements

• Strong data organizing and coordination skills
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with various sampling techniques
• Ability to meticulously review work for errors and inaccuracies
• Ability to work with a moderate degree of supervision while managing own workload
• Effective interpersonal skills for exchanging information and ideas
