Quality Assurance Associate

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming material, in-process, and finished product inspections in accordance with documented procedures and sampling plans.
• Conduct line clearance activities to ensure appropriate materials are present and line set-up complies with cGMP and company SOPs.
• Perform random and scheduled inspections of print, assembly, and kitting activities.
• Document all inspection results by completing reports and logs, ensuring adherence to good documentation practices.
• Review reconciliation of products and components in assembly and fulfillment.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following all established standards and procedures.
• Escort vendors for tasks such as pest control, scale calibration, and environmental monitoring.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Basic math skills, including the ability to use a calculator for addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, ratios, and percentages.
• Physical ability to stand, sit, stoop, kneel, or crouch frequently.
• Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 35 pounds occasionally.
• Must be available to work on-site in Charlestown, Indiana, from 11:30am - 8:00pm ET, Monday through Friday.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Quality Assurance.
• Experience working within a regulated industry.
• Working knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
