Quality Assurance and Testing Expert

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Perform functional, regression, performance, and usability testing
• Identify, document, and track software defects until resolution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality
• Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders
• Develop testing methodologies and ensure adherence to best practices
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and testing tools
• Conduct training sessions for team members on QA best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in software QA and testing
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools like Selenium or QTP
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in writing clear test plans and test cases
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications such as ISTQB or CSTE
