Quality Assurance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Ensure correct and timely Certificate of Conformity (CoC) issuance
• Assess tobacco product and exporter risk levels
• Identify product essential requirements and applicable standards
• Provide technical opinions on product standards and certification
• Resolve standards and certification cases using technical expertise
• Formulate Product Instructions based on safety and performance standards
• Review quality and completeness of documentation and indexing
• Participate in investigations regarding standards disputes
• Assist in maintaining the Company Quality Management System and compliance with ISO 17020 and ISO 17065

Requirements

• University degree
• Knowledge of product design, manufacturing, testing, or research
• Experience in conformity assessment for tobacco or cigarette products
• Understanding of industrial standardization (ISO, IEC, EN, ANSI, ASTM)
• Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 22000, or similar)
• Fluent in English
