Quality Assurance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement outgoing quality control plans for mass production and New Product Introduction (NPI).
• Establish, review, and improve outgoing inspection standards and procedures, including conducting training for inspectors and operators.
• Monitor quality performance dashboards and key KPIs to identify adverse trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Evaluate inspection equipment, gauges, and testing tools to ensure accuracy and recommend necessary upgrades or calibrations.
• Analyze field claims, in-house defects, and rework trends to redesign and strengthen inspection processes.
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) activities for quality issues and verify the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage costs related to internal and external failures, appraisal, and prevention.
• Perform internal audits for manufacturing teams, in-house parts, and assembly lines to achieve quality KPIs.
• Work with cross-functional teams to address chemical and material quality issues and optimize rework procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Chemical Engineering, Applied Chemical Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Proven coursework or work experience in the following areas:
• Organic Polymer Material and Practice
• Chemical Reaction and Process Engineering
• Chemistry Analytical Design
• Heat Material Delivery and Practice
• Environmental Engineering
• Organic Chemistry and Practice
• Energy Material Analysis and Lab
• Thermodynamics and Energy
