Quality Assurance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Inspect purchased, finished, and steel materials to ensure quality standards are met
• Use precision measurement tools including calipers, vernier, bore gages, and roughness testers
• Interpret technical drawings, deviations, and PCN documentation
• Manage material release and record non-conforming material rejections within SAP
• Implement and maintain 5S methodologies for office and inspection areas
• Participate in safety culture initiatives and monthly safety stand-downs
• Support internal and external audits including ISO, CQMS, and PED standards
• Ensure timely completion of lot inspections and PDI piece inspections

Requirements

• Preparatoria, Technical degree in Machines and Tools, or related field
• Engineering student or graduate in a related discipline
• Proficiency with precision measurement tools (vernier, calipers, etc.)
• Experience using SAP for material management and documentation
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and process-based thinking
• Ability to rotate shifts as required by production needs
