Quality Assurance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Elaborate and review SOPs (POPs) and other Quality Assurance and departmental documentation
• Prepare materials and conduct training sessions as requested
• Manage equipment calibration and qualification quotes and maintain equipment spreadsheets
• Act as a liaison between technical areas and the Quality Assurance department
• Verify technical area documents, record books, raw data, and client reports
• Identify, archive, and manage company documents and records according to the QMS
• Actively participate in client qualification audits
• Monitor and record departmental performance indicators

Requirements

• Higher education degree in Quality Management, Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Engineering, Pharmacy, Biomedicine, or related fields
• Knowledge of ABNT ISO/IEC 17025 standards
• Knowledge of NIT-DICLA-035 Good Laboratory Practices (BPL)
• Knowledge of RDC 658/22 and RDC 31/2010 regulations
