Requirements

QA/QC experience in food manufacturing, Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards, Attention to detail, Microsoft Office proficiency

Conduct thorough quality checks on products and processes during weekend shifts
Support adherence to HACCP, TACCP, and other relevant food safety programs
Collaborate with production staff to maintain high quality standards and resolve issues
Assist with internal quality audits and support external audits
Maintain accurate and timely quality documentation and reporting
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to product quality and safety
Ensure compliance with quality policies and regulatory requirements

Experience in quality assurance, quality control, or food safety in manufacturing
Knowledge of HACCP, food safety standards, and quality management systems
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality recording systems
Ability to manage multiple quality tasks and maintain accurate records
