About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards
- Work closely with production and technical teams to identify and resolve quality issues promptly
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and documentation
- Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation and addressing findings
- Monitor compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality
Requirements
- Previous experience in quality assurance or quality control roles, preferably within the food manufacturing industry
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and quality management systems
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and quality objectives
