Quality Associate Engineer

Responsibilities

• Handle the inspection and release process for incoming and returned products
• Review temperature device data and weekly temperature graphs from the Facility Temperature Monitoring System
• Communicate inspection results to clients and obtain necessary approvals
• Identify and investigate alarm records involving critical temperature excursions
• Assist with calibration, alarm testing, and maintaining compliance with SOPs
• Support special projects such as relabeling and kitting operations
• Maintain documentation through collection, filing, and scanning

Requirements

• 0-2 years of relevant experience (degree or equivalent may be considered)
• Proficiency in MS Office (word processing, databases, and spreadsheets)
• Ability to enter data accurately and maintain detailed records
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in quality inspection
• Experience using SAP
• Experience using Master Control
