About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle the inspection and release process for incoming and returned products
- Review temperature device data and weekly temperature graphs from the Facility Temperature Monitoring System
- Communicate inspection results to clients and obtain necessary approvals
- Identify and investigate alarm records involving critical temperature excursions
- Assist with calibration, alarm testing, and maintaining compliance with SOPs
- Support special projects such as relabeling and kitting operations
- Maintain documentation through collection, filing, and scanning
Requirements
- 0-2 years of relevant experience (degree or equivalent may be considered)
- Proficiency in MS Office (word processing, databases, and spreadsheets)
- Ability to enter data accurately and maintain detailed records
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in quality inspection
- Experience using SAP
- Experience using Master Control
