Responsibilities
- Support the Quality Management System (QMS) through quality processes, documentation, and compliance activities
- Provide operational support for key quality systems including product certifications and Change Control
- Assist with Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), deviations, and customer complaints
- Manage nonconforming materials and document control
- Collaborate with Quality, Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Product Development, and Supply Chain teams
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and daily quality operations
