Quality Assistant

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute regular quality measurements on stone wool products, including oil/water content and physical properties
• Collect, process, and report measurement data from production
• Monitor quality parameters to ensure compliance with factory certifications and internal requirements
• Support line operators with testing methods and measuring equipment
• Perform internal control of measuring equipment and coordinate external calibrations with accredited laboratories
• Update procedures and instructions in the quality management system according to ISO 9001
• Assist with quality audits, control visits, and follow-ups at Danish and Norwegian factories
• Handle and follow up on customer complaints and quality documentation
• Register and follow up on deviations, incidents, and improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Technical or professional background (e.g., laboratory technician or similar)
• Structured, systematic, and accurate work style
• Ability to balance practical tasks in production/lab environments with desk-based documentation
• Experience with data collection and reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and SharePoint
• Good communication skills in English
• Interest in root cause analysis (e.g., 5xWhy or fishbone analysis)
