Quality Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Participate in scrap reduction by working with production teams using SSP methodology
• Support various audits (Reverse FMEA, Layered Process Audit, process audits) and track action plans
• Assist in the deployment of documentation following FMEA and surveillance plans
• Manage the tracking of quality-blocked parts, including action plans and stock reliability
• Monitor UAP quality indicators
• Organize and follow up on sorting operations to secure production lines and customer supply

Requirements

• Bac+2 level, starting an engineering cycle
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
• Interest in quality management tools
• High level of organization, rigor, and agility
• Proficiency with Google Workspace tools
