About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the master list of hospital documents and forms to ensure data is complete and up-to-date
- Oversee document lifecycles including procurement, revision, approval, and distribution according to standard procedures
- Maintain document archiving and storage systems for effective traceability
- Conduct periodic document reviews and audits to control validation and formatting
- Manage the retrieval and disposal of obsolete documents according to quality record standards
- Collect and provide data related to document control activities
- Handle incident reports, including verification and assignment of incident, investigation, and action owners
- Implement quality and safety service procedures, including data collection and validation to support hospital-wide indicators
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Health, Hospital Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in quality system documentation and documentation practices preferred
- Previous experience working in a hospital setting preferred
- Certification in quality management systems, specifically document management
- Competency in data management systems, including data validation and analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
