About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise the Hospital Quality Improvement and Patient Safety (PMKP) program
- Conduct clinical and non-clinical service audits in accordance with accreditation standards
- Collect, validate, and analyze quality data indicators across all departments
- Manage hospital documentation including development, review, and distribution
- Grade incident reports and manage escalation through the grading matrix
- Implement proactive risk reduction strategies such as Failure Mode & Effect Analysis (FMEA)
- Manage the hospital Quality Management System (Medblaze)
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert and trainer for Quality Improvement and Patient Safety
- Assist in preparing reports for hospital leadership and external accreditation agencies
- Support accreditation readiness through internal self-assessments
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Health Professional or Nursing
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical work experience
- Experience working in a hospital environment preferred
- Understanding of hospital business processes, policies, and procedures
- Familiarity with risk management practices and incident reporting processes
